Return & Refund Policy

What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.
- The part is not compatible with your vehicle.
- The item failed during normal use.
- You no longer require the part, ordered the wrong one, or changed your mind.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all components and original packaging intact (both product and packaging must be in resalable condition). Prepaid return shipping labels are provided for all eligible returns.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Batteries, fluids, and clearance/final-sale merchandise.
Return Window
30 days from date of purchase. Orders not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund at any time.
How to Initiate a Return — 3 Steps
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Contact us at +1-877-418-3410 or support@fastlanecarparts.com. Include your reason for return and optional supporting documentation (photos, videos, mechanic reports).
Step 2 — Send the Item Back
Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Pack the item securely and drop off at any UPS or FedEx location.
Step 3 — Receive Your Resolution
After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Important Conditions & Exceptions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–10 business days.
- If a refund to your original method isn't possible, we'll work with you on an alternative (e.g., PayPal).
- Orders with add-on items: all items must be returned together unless you pay the full listed price for the add-on.
- We cover return shipping via prepaid label. We do not reimburse customer-paid shipping, labor, or installation costs.
- Do not ship any item back before receiving your approved prepaid label and return address.
Warranty & Support
All items are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. Consult our Warranty Policy for warranty claims. Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST at support@fastlanecarparts.com.
MileOne Car Parts LLC reserves the right to make final determinations on return policy applications.
